| Successful asset management initiatives require a sound business strategy, fundamental work equipment management, a motivated organization, solid IT infrastructure, and APM work processes. Meridium created the Meridium Certification Program to help customers identify why they may not be receiving all the business value that is possible from an asset management initiative. In this presentation, Marty will describe Meridium’s Certification Program and the tools used in the process - Maturity Model, Value Path, and associated Assessment Template – and how these tools are used to determine an asset management program’s “gaps” and help clients progress even further along the asset management “value” path. |
